Serving Information:
Note: Prepare sausages from the frozen state. If product is thawed, reduce cooking time accordingly. Cook until an internal temperature of 165ºF (74ºC) is reached. Since appliances vary, the instructions below are guidelines only.
Microwave (1000 WATTS): Place sausages on a microwave-safe plate and cover with a paper towel. Microwave on high power for 2 to 3 minutes (for 1 or 2 sausages); for 5 to 7 ½ minutes (for 3 or 4 sausages); or 6 ½ to 8½ minutes (for 5 sausages). After heating, let sausages stand in microwave for 1 minute.
Stovetop: Fill a non-stick frypan with about ¼ inch (6 mm) of water. Place frozen sausages in the frypan, cover with a lid and cook over medium heat. After about six minutes, carefully turn sausages over with tongs and cook for another six minutes.
Barbecue: Preheat barbecue to medium-low setting. Place sausages on the grill and cook for 15 to 20 minutes, turning frequently. Avoid piercing skin and, if splitting occurs, reduce heat.
